Beaufort NC Emergency Alerts

The Town of Beaufort has launched a new mass notification platform called Regroup. 

In today’s ever-changing environment where communication is critical and a crisis can quickly arise, this cloud-based system will allow us to utilize Regroup to efficiently broadcast messages alerting of pending or present emergencies.

Notifications by this system are distributed simultaneously through a variety of communication formats such as: email, text message/SMS and voice broadcast. These notifications will advise the recipients what the emergency or situation is, the appropriate actions to take, and provide ongoing updates as the situation progresses or is resolved.
